Easy oats recipes for breakfast


    Hello guys, welcome back to SuDailyblog. In this blog we are going to learn how to make easy and healthy breakfast..... 

    Oats are healthy and tasty food for the breakfast. They are full of vitamins, fiber and give you energy for the day.

    You can make oats in many easy ways. 

    Here are my simple oats recipes :

1.overnight oats

     Take half cup oats,half cup milk,1 spoon chia seeds and some honey. Mix them well in a jar and keep in the fridge overnight.In the morning, add your favorite fruits like apple,kiwi,banana..... And enjoy your healthy breakfast........ 

2.oats porridge 

      You need to boil oats in water or milk. Add a little salt or cinnamon. You can add fruits and nuts on top. If you like spicy food cook oats with vegetables and spices.....😋

      Keeps you full so you don't feel hungry soon... 

      Helps your stomach and digestion

      Good for your heart and reduces cholesterol 

      Gives you energy for the day.... 

 Tips : add nuts, seeds and yogurt for more protein 

            Don't use instant oats with added sugar...
