A healthy smoothie recipe

Welcome back to SuDailyblog!In this blog, I'm sharing one of my favorite healthy drinks a delicious and refreshing mango,pineapple,and ginger smoothie. 

This smoothie is full of  natural sweetness and powerful health benefits. Perfect for summer or any time you want fresh and energizing.

Here are the ingredients list you'll need to make this healthy smoothie ...

Mango

Pineapple 

Fresh ginger

A pinch of black pepper

Yogurt or milk (optional) 

Ice cubes(optional if you want your drink a cool and refreshing feel. 

Now we have all ingredients let's make it.... 

 1. Put mango, pineapple, Ginger and black pepper into a blender. 

2. If you want you can add milk or yogurt (you can skip if you don't). 

3. Blend everything until smooth and we'll mixed. 

4. Pour it into your favorite glass. 

5. Add ice if you want extra cold. 

Now your smoothie is ready to drink enjoy!

   Pineapple has full of antioxidants and also helps digestion.
