Let's start with my morning.
Every morning,i begin my day with a healthy drink. It gives me energy and help my body feel fresh and clean.
I drink cumin water on an empty stomach.
Benefit :help with digestion.boosts metabolism and reduces bloating.
You can also drink green tea
Benefits :help burn fat,keep your mind fresh and full of antioxidants.
I love coconut water on hot days.
Benefits :it keeps you hydrated, gives you natural energy, and is good for the skin.
I eat slot of fruits every day. They are sweet, natural and full of vitamins! Here are some of my favorite fruits-
Apples
Papaya
Pineapple
Watermelon
Fruits help boost immunity. Give natural energy and improve skin and support overall health.
I also eat salad with lunch or dinner. My salad is simple but tasty!
-cucumber
Carrot
Lettuce
Tomato
Benefits of salad:
Salad is full of fiber. It's great for digestion, weight control and keeps me light and happy.
Eat healthy doesn't mean boring. I enjoy what I eat and I feel great every day.
I believe in small and simple step. Drink well. Eat fresh. Stay happy ....
